Refund and Returns Policy

At one.petones.top, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any item you are unhappy with for a full refund.

Return and Refund Authorization:

  • Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be in original condition with all labels and packaging intact.
  • Items that have been worn, cleaned, used, or altered cannot be returned.
  • Customized or personalized products, pre-orders, special offers, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Return an Item:
Please contact our Customer Service at 1005692063@qq.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if an item is broken, damaged, or defective so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customized or Personalized Items:
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged. If you have questions about bespoke items, please contact our customer service team at 1005692063@qq.com.

Return Shipping Fee:
If the product is defective or the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping. For voluntary returns (change of mind, wrong size/color), the customer pays return shipping.

Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee.

Exchanges:
We only replace items that are defective or damaged due to our error. We do not offer exchanges for different colors, sizes, or brands.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at 1005692063@qq.com.
